Glad it is useful to you, for lo, that problem is exactly the reason I made it. Yes, the rows are the chronology; higher is older, the bottom is most recent. The very bottom will contain books that haven't been released yet, I added anything for which I could find the information, even if the trade hadn't yet been published.
As to repeats-- I tried to avoid having books list more than once, but with crossovers, it's not always possible to avoid. Where I could, the crossovers are shown by entries bridging the different series that are contained in the book... but some titles I couldn't get next to each other on the chart. If you see a title twice, it's because it contains books from multiple series.
Currently, the chart only extends back to 2009; once I finish adding all the current titles (currently working on Spiderman, Daredevil and that lot) I'll start going backwards in time.
